Last week in Acorn class we hid some treasure in the outdoor area and then made a treasure map to help our friends find the treasure.
In Acorn class one of the very first things we learn to write is our name and we wanted to share with you how much progress we have made with our name writing since the beginning of term. Take a look at some of our super writing.
This half term we have been transforming ourselves into Superheroes as part of this we thought of our very own Superhero names. When we had thought of our names we drew ourselves as a Superhero and had a go at writing our names in chalk on the playground.
Last week in Acorn class we mixed our very own villain potions to put the villains to sleep. We had a go at sounding out and writing some of the words from the recipe ourselves.
This week in our keyworker session the badgers have been sharing with their friends about what they have been doing in the holidays.

On Wednesday 8th February we had our, ‘Fun on the farm’ blogging event. We invited the children and their parents to take part in some farm related activities after school. The children had a go at milking a pretend cow, painting with carrots, creating a tractor collage and apple dipping.
It was lovely to see so many families, thank you to everyone who came.
